So deeply saddened to hear the news of Dr. Berney's death. As our family's (and my) doctor for decades, he was the epitome of what a doctor SHOULD be: he always took the time to get to know his patients and their situation, and NEVER rushed you. My mother worked for years as his receptionist, and he was a dear family friend. His death is a tremendous loss to all of us, and we wish comfort and strength to his family, friends and colleagues who share in the pain of his loss. May his memory be a blessing.

Please accept our deepest Condolences to Anne & family. I knew Dr Bernie many years ago when I owned a cleaning company.( his office & their home). He was also our family Dr when he came to practice in Forest. I also met Anne when she played baseball & while going to Law School. We moved away 20+ yrs..but our daughter remained a patient of his to the day. May your memories help you through this time of sorrow in your life. He was a great man. Rest easy Richard Sylvia & Bill Tomlinson

My thoughts and prayers go out to all of you! Anne, Melissa Alex and Hannah know we are thinking of all of you and sincerely send our condolences. I had the privilege of saying a good bye without knowing it the day before I left to move out west and I will hold close his words that day!
