Obituary of Marjorie Jean Miniely
Miniely, Marjorie Jean (nee James) on July 22, 2018 in her 95th year.
Marjorie was an inspired teacher, a caring friend, a wonderful mother and a devoted aunt, grandmother and great-grandmother. Predeceased by her husband Gordon (2001), her brother William “Billie” James (1929), and her sisters Mary James (1965) and Ruth Cowper-Smith (1983), Marjorie is survived by her brother Rev. George James (Marilyn) of Ottawa. Beloved mother of Jan Bracken (Martin), Donna Miniely (Lyle Hosler) of Regina, and Paul Miniely (Anne). Dear grandmother of Tara and Graham (Heather) Bracken, Chinonso Miniely, and Kendra (Mark de Regt) and Jessica Miniely (Lance Marsh). Fond “GG” to Nicolaas, Kees and Ryker de Regt. Cremation has taken place. Memorial service to be held at Metropolitan United Church on Saturday, July 28, 2018 at 11:00 am. Visitation one hour before.
