My memories are from grade 3 at MB McEachren School in Lambeth, Ontario where she taught for a number of years in the early 1960s. "Mrs. Miniely" was a wonderful teacher, kind and encouraging. Her family should be very proud of the difference she made in the many lives she touched. I extend my sympathies to her family and friends.

I had the pleasure of knowing Marjorie when she was president of the local chapter of the Thyroid Foundation. My memories are all positive. She was very easy to work with, an encouragement to others on the committee, anxious to help others with thyroid disease, and very dependable. She will be missed by everyone she touched. My sincere condolences to her family.

Marj was a wise and generous woman, who shared a wonderful anticipation of the gifts which each day offered. She walked the Christian walk in a very real, day to day, one-on-one way. Marj was devoted to her family, friends and neighbours. Her home was a warm and welcoming place. Marj's bible study groups opened our eyes and warmed our hearts...so did she.
