December 17th, 1974 - May 6th, 2022
Peacefully and surrounded by her children, Emerald Victoria Matthews of London, Ontario passed away at the young age of 48 years.
Pre-deceased by her husband Donald Matthews.
She will be forever in the hearts of her children; Spencer Henderson of Vancouver, Paige(Perry) Irvine of Gorrie, and Savannah(Ashton) Matthews of London
Emerald was the proud Grandmomma of Rylie and Madelyn Irvine
Sister of Shane(Jessica) Wesolowski and Liberty Wesolowski
Biological Daughter of Maureen Wesolowski and Michael Verstraten
Daughter of Barbara and Stanley Arnelien
“Auntie Em” to Billy-June Gerrard, Kalya and Kiron Wesolowski
Emerald will be remembered for her spontaneity and love for adventure. She was always up for a road trip and a good conversation. More than anything, she loved her family and all roads lead back home to her children.
Cremation has taken place and a celebration of life will be held at 116 Empress Ave W, London ON on May 14th @ 2pm. Please bring your best memories and any photos that you may have to share.
It brings great peace that from this day forward she is free. Love always and forever.
