Obituary of Glenn Wallace Mitchell
Glenn Wallace Mitchell passed away peacefully on Thursday February 18, 2021, at his home in London in his 62nd year.
Lovingly remembered by his wife Brenda Mitchell.
Stepfather to Jason Girodat and Jaime Girodat. Dear brother of William (Karen) Mitchell, Brad (Gloria) Mitchell.
Grandpa to Jadelyn Morrison, Katie Girodat and Hannah Girodat.
Sadly missing by his Aunts, Jean (Doug) Seyler, Linda (Jack) Hancocks, Marj (Carl)Rau , Robert ( Irene) Mitchell, and predeceased Miriam (Earl) Goodwin, Olive Mitchell and Betty Perriman (nee Mitchell)
Son in law to Mae Lee. Brother in law to Robert (Cindy) Lee, Linda (Larry) Heaslip. Predeceased by his Father Jim Mitchell and his Mother Dorothy Mitchell (nee Thibideau) and nephew Brent Lee. Uncle to Lindsey (Dan)Chelchowski and Vanessa (Darryl) Caldwell, Michael (Chantelle) Heaslip, Kevin (Michelle) Heaslip and several cousins and great nieces and nephews.
Glenn drove truck for many years last working with Ryder Logistics .He was a lifelong member of the East Williams Optimist in Ailsa Craig. Will be missed by his many friends from Orchard View Campground in Forest Ontario.
A Celebration of Life is being held in the spring or when safe to do so. Memorial contributions can be made to the Diabetes Association or Heart and Stroke and arranged through the Woodland Cemetery on Springbank Dr. in London. Expressions of love and sympathy may be placed and viewed online.
