Grandpa's love for me (Leah) and all of his grandchildren was evident through his kindness, care, and generosity. In recent years it was a joy to witness his love extend to my children, his great grandchildren (Emily, Timothy and Hannah). This was our last visit with him, Christmas 2019 (pre-COVID). We all miss him dearly and cannot wait to see him again one day.

Dearest Sandy & John:
Our heartfelt sympathy on the loss of a gentle, humble Father & Grandfather. We were so honoured to meet this delightful man who walked with Jesus all his life. I am sure he is right now organizing a Piano Concerto with the Seraphim and Cherubim to honour his life-long Friend and Confidante ,Jesus Christ , His Father and the Holy Spirit, the Giver of life.

Dave, Dawn and family, I'm so sorry to hear of the loss of your father, grandfather and great-grandfather. It doesn't matter how old we are, it's always difficult to lose a parent. What an awesome blessing to have had a godly father and to know he is now in the presence of his Savior. Oh how I can imagine he's having such a great time! You are in my thoughts and prayers.

I will always remember Grandpa with a big smile on his face, retelling the story of the first time he saw Grandma and how he knew she was the one for him. He said he went right up to her and said “there’s my hunny bunny”. Grandpa always knew how to get those around him smiling and laughing. I am so thankful for the time that I had with him. He will be dearly missed.
