Obituary of Otto Moritz

June 7, 1934 - August 9, 2020

On Sunday, August 9, 2020, Otto passed away peacefully at University Hospital, London, Ontario.  He was in his 87th year.

Otto is survived by his wife of 64 years, Melitta, his children Rita (Ivan), Harold (Dianne) and Audrey (Wayne) and by his grandchildren Kyra (Mathias), Tristan, Billie and Shane.

He was pre-deceased by his siblings Eduard, Ida, Alice and Adolph.

The family would like to express our heartfelt thanks to the many doctors, nurses and health care professionals that offered him such excellent care on many occasions over the years.  Your collective efforts made a huge difference in his life.

Cremation has taken place and Otto will be laid to rest in Woodland Cemetery in London, Ontario.

In lieu of flowers, those wishing to make a donation are asked to consider either the London Health Sciences Foundation or the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
