Obituary of Brian Edward Hooker
Brian Edward Hooker passed away peacefully surrounded by his family on November 21st, 2019.
Predeceased by his father Norman. He will be dearly missed by his mother Freida, his brother Paul (Linda) and sister Janet Harper. Also survived by many nieces and nephews.
At Brian's request there will be no service. Cremation has already taken place.
A special Thank You to the Doctors and nurses at London Regional Cancer Program and the Palliative Care Team.
