Obituary of John Charles Thomas McWilliam

JOHN CHARLES THOMAS McWILLIAM, P. Eng. Following a courageous battle with cancer, John Charles Thomas McWilliam passed away at Woodstock Hospital on August 26, 2016. Born in Saint John, New Brunswick, September 27, 1945, John is survived by his wife, Carol (nee Steeves) of Woodstock and son, David (Melissa, nee Kehrer) of Oakville. John was predeceased by his parents (Cecil and Georgena (nee Welling) and sister, Ellen (Wells). A private service will take place in New Brunswick. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Woodstock Hospital Foundation or the charity of your choice. The family wish to thank Dr. Susan McNair and team, Saint Joseph’s Family Medical Centre, London, ON, Drs. David MacDonald and Glenn Bauman and their teams, London Health Sciences Centre, and Dr. Karen Fryer and all of the nurses, physiotherapists, social workers, staff and volunteers of the Palliative Care Unit of Woodstock Hospital for their expert care.
