Obituary of Richard Glen Facey

Peacefully on Tuesday August 6th 2019, Richard Facey passed away in his 73rd year. Richard was born in Wingham and grew up in London where he resided for the past 60 years.

Loving father of Krista and Grant, and father in law of Christina. Adored grandfather of Aidan and Colin. Dear brother of Gary and Lynn. Richard will be missed by many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.

Richard was a dedicated elementary school teacher with the Thames Valley District School Board for 25 years.

The family would like to extend their gratitude to the London Regional Cancer Program and Hematology Team at Victoria Hospital for their support over the last 8 years.

There will be no visitation or funeral. The cremation has taken place and a private family service will be held. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society in Richard's memory.
