Obituary of Laurie Rose

ROSE,  Laurie William peacefully passed at St. Joseph’s Hospice on June 14th, 2019 surrounded by his entire family; loving husband of Lois (Wilson) Rose, father of Mark (Joan), Timothy (Krista) grandfather of Andrew, Erica, Logan and Kendall.  Brother of deceased Yvonne (George) Vincent.  Sister-in-law of Myrna Rogers. Uncle to Ryan (Barb) Vincent, Rhonda (Sheetal) Vincent, Bryan Rogers, Steven (Siobhan) Rogers, and their families. 

Laurie was born Feb. 5th, 1931 in Bornholm, ON.   Son of Alvin and Martha Rose.  His early years were lived in Stratford and Sarnia before starting his working years beginning with Beaver Lumber and ending with Union Gas.  Memorial service will be held at Redeemer Lutheran Church, 1 Frank Place, London, ON at 1:00pm on June 19th. Reception in church will follow from 2-4pm. Donations in memory can be made to Hospital for Sick Children (Toronto) or to Redeemer Lutheran Church.
