Obituary of Patricia O'Leary

Peacefully at University Campus L.H.S.C. London on Friday January 18th, 2019. Patricia Suzanne O’Leary (Pat) of London in her 76th year.  She was surrounded by loved ones who held her hands and spoke softly to her in her last moments. Loving mother of Roy (Denise) and Aaron. Cherished and proud Nanny of Teaghan and Kinley.  Lovingly remembered sister of Roy Feeney (Mary) and Aunt to Ian and Tony.   A heartfelt loss is felt by all of Pat’s family and many friends in Canada and England.

Pat’s family would like to thank all the staff at LHSC for all their support in the Cardiac Care unit.

In keeping with Pat’s wishes, cremation will take place.  A celebration of life will be held at a later date
