Peacefully on September 15, 2018 at Parkwood Institute, Palliative Care, London Nelson D. Campbell passed away surrounded by his family. Beloved husband of Pat Campbell. Loving father of Don (Jackie) and James (Julia). Loved Grandpa of Ethan, Ryan and Chloe. Dear brother of Bob, Dave and the late Kenneth. Brother in law of Marg, Renee and Judy. A service to Celebrate Nelson’s life will be held at Westmount Presbyterian Church 521 Village Green Avenue, London on Thursday, September 20th at 11 am, with visitation one hour prior to the service. Cremation has taken place. Memorial Donations to LHSC Children’s Health Foundation (www.childhealth.ca) and online condolences may be left at www.woodlandcemetery.on.ca
