Zachery “Zach” Graham Borg
March 4, 1993 – January 17, 2025
On the morning of Friday, January 17, 2025, Zachery “Zach” Graham Borg, at the age of 31, passed away peacefully at Victoria Hospital in London, Ontario, after a courageous battle with cancer. Zach faced his journey with immense strength, grace, and resilience, embodying the spirit of a true warrior to the very end.
Beloved fiancé of Jill Martin, the love of his life, with whom he shared an unbreakable bond. A proud and loving dog dad to his faithful companion, Archie, who brought him endless joy and comfort. Zach was a loved and treasured son of Paul Borg and Sonya Borg (McFadden), who were proud of the compassionate, strong, and kind-hearted man he became, and a devoted big brother to Nathan Borg, with whom he shared a special bond. Zach was the treasured grandson of Joe and Gerry Borg, who supported and loved him unconditionally and were very proud of the respected person he became. A very welcomed member to the Martin family, he was deeply loved by Jill's parents, Jack and Rosemary, her brothers Brent and wife Jill, Sean and wife Kabrina, Craig and fiancé Meghan, and proud to be called Uncle Zach by Audrey, Donald, Lauren, and Emmett.
Zach will be deeply missed by his many friends, who were drawn to his kind heart, infectious smile, and unwavering loyalty. A true sports enthusiast and avid athlete, Zach had a passion for playing hockey, golf and football, where his competitive spirit and camaraderie shone brightly. A devoted fan of the Toronto Maple Leafs, the Blue Jays, and the Miami Dolphins, he cheered for his teams with boundless enthusiasm. Whether lacing up his skates or teeing off on the golf course, Zach’s love for the game and his joyful energy left a lasting impression on everyone around him.
Zach (“Zeke”) worked for North American Construction (NAC), where he was treasured by his colleagues as an intelligent, hardworking, dependable, and trusted friend. He loved his job and the people he worked with, leaving a lasting impression with his dedication and positive spirit. Zach was pursuing further education to grow his craft and take his skills to the next level, demonstrating his commitment to excellence and personal growth.
A celebration of Zach’s life will be announced at a later date, where family and friends will gather to honour and remember him.
