Obituary of Paul Franklin Ashbourne

Paul Franklin Ashbourne, in his 85th year, died on August 29th, 2024 at University Hospital in London, Ontario.  Born October 6, 1939, in Toronto, to Ernest Ashbourne and Beatrice (Weston).  He was predeceased by his son, Randy, and is survived by his former wife, Winnifred (Preston) and children, Daniel, Pamela, Graham, Barbara and their various families.  Paul worked as an adult education teacher for many years in Stratford and enjoyed many retirement years at the cottage at Kettle Point.   Support of family, his faithful housekeeper of the last decade, Cheryl, and numerous Personal Support Workers allowed him to live independently up to his final days.  At his request, no service will be held.
