I would like to add my sincere condolences to Lydia and her family. I have worked with Jan for many years and come to appreciate his remarkable craftsmanship, his hardworking ethics and the respect shown to colleagues. I also considered him a friend. He and Lydia worked tirelessly over the years and travelled extensively and it was always interesting to hear about their many trips. Our annual Christmas dinner with Jan and Lydia was a great time to swap stories and enjoy the camaraderie. Jan will be a great loss to many and we are glad to have known him. John & Joan Chambers

We are deeply saddened by the passing of Jan. Over the past decade our time together at the cottages brought us so many fun and cherished memories. Jan was our dear friend, and a part of our extended immigrant family. His presence in our lives and our community will be profoundly felt. He is missed and will be missed. We send our deepest condolences. Jan was full of charisma and adventure. I always loved listening to his wonderful stories. In particular I loved the ones from Poland and his stories of emigration. He will be deeply missed by those who knew him and called him a friend. We know that his vivacious spirit lives on into the next generation. We are thinking of you during this difficult time. Very sorry to hear of Jans passing. I met Jan and Lidia this past winter in Morroco and travelled with them and our tour for over a week. His sense of humour and quick wit will always stay with me. My deepest condolences Zofia to you and your family.

I am so saddened by the news of Jan’s passing, my heart goes out to Lidia and his family. I have only known Jan for 3 years working at FedEx he quickly became my favourite customer. He was truly one of a kind and will always be remembered for his sense of humour and his charm that never left even while going through treatment. May he rest in peace, free of pain,knowing he impacted so many lives of those around him My thoughts and prayers go out to his family and friends

Jan, you were truly a remarkable spirit whose humor, storytelling, and talents will always be cherished. One of my fondest memories is when you visited Wayne and me in Kauai. Watching you and Lydia take on that skydiving adventure with such grace and confidence was unforgettable.
