Obituary of Jeff Chapman

It is with deep sorrow and much love that we mourn the passing of Robert Jeffrey Chapman aka Jeff/Jeffy/Hippy on Monday May 13, 2024 at the age of 59 after a heroic battle with cancer.

Jeff passed peacefully at home surrounded by those he loved. He is predeceased by his mother Patricia and father Robert Chapman.

He will be dearly missed by his wife April Chapman, his daughter Kyanah (Mitch) Seguin, his sisters Lori Bernardi and Cathy (Rick) Penalagan, his nieces Ashley, Aly, Andrea and Carrie, his great nieces and nephews Cassandra (Enad), Danielle (Jordan), Jamal, Aleesha, Travis, Alexander, Anika and Lucas and so many close friends and his fur baby and best friend Myesha.

A private celebration of life will be held at a later date to celebrate him and his quirky, fun-loving spirit and love of music.

The family would like to extend there sincere thanks to all the the amazing team at LHSC transplant clinic and all the nurses and doctors that cared for him over the past year at University Hospital.
