Saddened to hear about Yvette, who was a colleague at Pearson. I have fond memories of our time working together.

Yvette and I crossed paths a few times in life. The first was when she was working at a book shop where I would frequent on occasion to buy books for my classroom. It always amazed me that she remembered my name though she didn't see me often and I was one of many customers. She was always so pleasant and upbeat. Then we met up again as members of Beta Sigma Phi! How surprised I was to see her. And now I have received an email to tell of her untimely passing.. I extend my condolences to her family. She will be missed by all...

Mike, my sincere sympathy to you. Yvette was so full of life. I remember no one could get a word in when Denis and Yvette were talking.

Yvette will be deeply missed. Her smile and warm demeanour will always be remembered. She also had many ways to make you laugh.
She was the epitome of a wonderful friend.
Yvette was loved in Beta Sigma Phi and all of us who were fortunate enough to meet her.
We have lost a bright light and my sincere sympathy goes out to you Michael.
This is indeed a sad time.
May Yvette rise in Glory and Rest In Peace.

Sending my condolences to Michael and all of Yvette’s family and friends. I got to know Yvette during her time at Pearson Education and we spoke and met sporadically after she left the company. She truly was a warm, genuine and caring person with a great sense of humour. She worked hard at being as healthy as she could and I am so sorry her life has ended way too soon.

My condolences and sympathies go to you, Mike. I wish I had known Yvette longer than I did. She and Marlene were the reason I joined the Thames Valley Quilters Guild, Yvette always made me feel so welcome, so warm and comfortable when I came to each meeting. She was an easy person to love and will be greatly missed by all of us.
