Obituary of Joseph Cecil Dawdy
Joseph Cecil Dawdy passed away peacefully at home on September 25th, surrounded by his family. Joe is survived by his devoted wife Allison, his beloved daughters Jessica and Samantha, and his beautiful granddaughter Isabelle, the spark who lit up the final years of his life.
Friends and family remember Joe for his sense of humour, his curiosity and love of learning, his bravery in the face of adversity, and his deep dedication to his family. The family would like to thank Dr. John Lenehan of the London Regional Cancer Centre for his friendship, advocacy, and exceptional care.
The family would also like to express gratitude to Candice and Allan Simons, Emma Cory, and Dale and Bill McCallum for filling Joe’s life with so much love and laughter.
Donations can be made in Joe’s name to the Canadian Cancer Society.
