Born in Modugno, Italy, Frank's adventurous spirit brought him to Canada as a teen, where he set out to begin many new chapters in his life as a Canadian. Our Frank Dad Nonno passed from pain to peace on Friday, January 20 at the age of 76, embraced by the love of his family in his heart. Frank was the precious and loving husband of his wife Rita, admired and adored father of his sons Mike (Rosalind) and Frank (predeceased) and idolized and cherished Nonno of his grandson Zachary. Frank was the dear brother inlaw of Helen Cloney and Kevin Cloney (predeceased)/Lyn and uncle to Gary and Jason. Part of Frank never left Italy, and he will be forever loved and remembered by his Italian family: fratello Vito (Rosa), sorella Lucia, Maria (Reno) and napote Antonella, Michele, Gina, Michele, Nico and Mimmo. Wonderful times spent together will be warmly recalled by many longtime friends. Cremation has taken place, as Frank wished, and interment at Woodland Cemetery, alongside his son Frank, will be commemorated by the family at a later date.
