It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of John Robert (Bob) Reed. Bob was born February 5, 1966 and passed away peacefully September 24, 2022, with his family by his side.
He was the son of Marilyn and the late John Reed. Loving father to Olivia and Emily. He is survived by brother Bruce (Lisa), nieces Jillian, Meiko, and Jasmine, and nephew Joel, brother David (Iwona), nieces Zofia and Gabriela, sister Jacquie (Kevin), and best friend Robert Verbeek.
Bob was a painter (Absolute Painting and Decorating), paralegal (Reed and Associates), and enjoyed selling stamps. Bob also loved photography, especially taking rock star pictures at The 488 and elsewhere. He was an amazingly positive and charismatic person considering the challenges he faced daily. His greatest joy in life was his daughter.
Following Bob’s wishes, private arrangements for cremation and burial will be held for immediate family members at Woodland Cemetery.
Donations to the MS Society of Canada in Bob’s memory would be welcomed with appreciation.
