Obituary of Leslie Heather Jones

It is with great sadness that we share the passing of Leslie Heather Jones, on Monday, May 22, 2017 in the loving presence of family. Leslie was the cherished and adored youngest child of Diane and Ronald Jones (2003). She was the loved sister of Wendy (John) Sim, Susan Jones-Hughson, Victoria (Bruce) Miller-Schenk, Mark (Lori) Jones, and Ian (Rosemary) Jones.  Leslie was the beloved Aunt of several nieces and nephews. She was born and raised in London, graduating as a RN from St. Joseph's Hospital and nursed in Toronto, a city she loved.  Leslie's indomitable spirit, incredible sense of humour, magnetic personality and amazing smile will be remembered always.  For those wishing, contributions can be made to the McCormick Care Foundation or the MS Society for Research. The family would like to thank the many wonderful care givers (both at McCormick Home and Cheshire Homes) for their loving support and friendship. A celebration of Life will be held at Oakridge Presbyterian Church (970 Oxford St. W, London) at 11:00am on Saturday, June 10, 2017 with visitation at the Church on Friday, June 9th between 7- 9:00p.m MLYB!
