Cheryl and myself wanted to share our sympathies to Doris along with all the Byers family. We raised our family in the home we built on Herb's wonderful lot he graciously sold us and eight years later I was the one who proudly became a Canadian Tire Dealer like Herb. Very sad to lose on of our own especially with the connection and history as our paths crossed. Mike

So sorry to hear of Herbs passing. We have worked with many people over the years and we can say without a doubt that Herb was the best. He took work seriously but there was always time to enjoy life at the same time. There was always time for a game of golf or just a leisurely lunch. His generosity and genuine concern for the well being of his employees has left an endearing example of how we should treat our own employees now. Herb showed us how to be successful in business and enjoy life to it’s fullest, and for that we are extremely grateful. We will miss him dearly

Doris so sorry to hear of Herbs passing, We always enjoyed our few times together with you and Herb. Also have fond memories of Herb and his Family when he was in Napanee and we were neighbouring CTC Dealers. Always a fun time when Herb was part of the group.
