Obituary of Matthew Ryan Mills

MILLS, Matthew Ryan

Peacefully, at University Hospital on Tuesday December 4th, 2018 in his 40th year.  Loving Son of Janice Merlo, and Randy Mills.

Matthew will be deeply missed by his entire family, including Aunt Susie and Uncle Tony Casciano, and by all his many friends.  All of us, from near and far, know of his courage, strength, and of his unconditional love.  Now Matt is free to join his faithful companions, Wylie and Willow, his special Granny, and Grampa.

On behalf of Matthew, his parents would like to gratefully acknowledge the long-term support, guidance, and expertise provided by Dr. Leasa, Dr. Venance, Joanne, and Wilma, as well as all the care giving team.  Thank-you.

Cremation has taken place.  A private gathering of remembrance will be held at a later date. 

Memorial Donations to  Participation  House or to the Muscular  Dystrophy, London Chapter would be gratefully acknowledged by the family.
